Located to the west and south of Baalphoria, the Free Colonies are a collective group of states separate from Baalphoria, the main power on the continent. While each operates independently, having vastly different cultures and relations with Baalphoria, they are often referred to as a collective organization due to their long history of conflict against Baalphoria.
